Experience

I have 2 years experience in teaching and tutoring, particularly in English as a Second Language (ESL). As part of this, I frequently developed my own curriculum to suit the individual needs of each student. This included remedy workshops focusing on Grammar (using fun videos and games), phonics and the sounds of English, as well as speaking, listening, reading and writing. I have had great fun working particularly with young children, although I do have experience teaching adults.

Hobbies

I love practicing Yoga (I'm also a qualified Yoga instructor aside from having the immense good fortune to teach English), reading books (particularly novels, although I've really become interested in YA fiction lately). I also love learning languages, and playing music (I recently took up the Middle Eastern lute as well as the violin). I have travelled to quite a few countries, including several in Europe, the Middle East and North America.
